Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Orders: when you buy, we keep your email address, the packs you bought, the amount and currency, and how many times the files were downloaded. We use this to deliver your downloads and help with support.
• Waitlist: if you join the email list on fold.supply, we keep your email address, the country your request came from, and the page that referred you.
• Support: if you email support@fold.supply or orders@fold.supply, we keep your message and our reply.
• Your bag: the packs in your bag are kept in your browser's session storage (fold-supply-bag), not on our servers.

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card number; payment details go directly to Stripe. We don't offer accounts, and we don't use advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or tracking cookies.

Payments

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which processes your payment, calculates any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* FOLDSUPPLY. Stripe and Link handle your information under the Stripe Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Hosting and email

The store and fold.supply run on Cloudflare, which stores our order records, waitlist, and download files and sends the order email. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request times to deliver and protect the site. Messages to our fold.supply addresses are forwarded to and stored in Google's Gmail.

How we use and share it

We use your information only to deliver purchases, answer support requests, prevent fraud, keep required business records, and, if you joined the waitlist, email you about Fold Supply. We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the providers named above, as needed to run the store, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to provide downloads and support and to meet tax and accounting obligations. We keep waitlist addresses until you ask to be removed. Stripe and Cloudflare keep their own records under their own policies.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist, email support@fold.supply. Depending on where you live, you may have further privacy rights; nothing here limits them.

Children and changes

Fold Supply is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@fold.supply and we will delete it. We will update this page when our practices change.
